Dmitri and Madison Leon

This adorable kid's costume was made by Dimitri's older sister, Madison, who is an amazing young costume designer. Madison is only 14 years old, but she is already making costumes like a seasoned pro! The doublet and trunkhose are royal blue velevet, trimmed with gold and silver lame. They are made from patterns that Madison drafted herself based on garments from Janet Arnold's Patterns of Fashion. These two kids are already on their way to fame and fortune--Dimitri is being used for future promotion for the Larkspur Renaissance Faire, and Madison made it onto the local NBC news because of her costuming skills!
