I am always impressed by people who make nice Tudor clothing, but when I found out that this was Magdalen's very first gown, it truly knocked my socks off! Anybody ambitious and talented enough to choose a beginning project based on the Jane Seymour portrait has my instant respect, and I can just imagine what wonders she'll come up with next now that she has that first one under her belt!
