Amy made this royal court gown for a lady named Kate, who plays Queen Elizabeth at her local Renaissance faire. She made everything in this outfit from the dress and undergarments to the crown and jewelry. It took her a couple of months to complete, and most of the elaborate pearling was done with real fresh water pearls. The detail work in this outfit is really amazing, and I love the dramatic effect created by the huge ruff and headpiece.
