Gail Gavit

Gail was previously featured back in 2002, and once again, she has created a costume fit for a queen. This orange silk noble gown combines some common Elizabethan elements with Gail's own creative touches to make an outfit that really stands out from the crowd. I was especially amazed by her elaborate standing ruff - that thing is so sculptural that it could be a piece of art!
